Dear Women of TU Delft, For the upcoming Virtual Coffee we decided to talk about building inclusive organizations. Everyone wants to belong and feel included, but what does that mean at work? What makes you feel included? Building inclusive teams helps to improve performance. But what does an inclusive organization look like? People describe what being included looks and feels like in remarkably similar ways. Research from Bain and Company found that while the feeling of inclusion is fundamentally the same for all employees, the lived experience of inclusion is driven for various groups by a diverse variety of factors. We would like to invite you to talk about how to create an environment in our workplace where everybody has that good feeling of inclusion and belonging, so everybody can contribute at the top of their capabilities. When & Where? Come and join us Wednesday 11th of May from 12.30-13.30 hrs in an online inspiring conversation to discuss and reflect together about what it means to belong and feel included.
