Health Coach Program offers you a lifestyle coaching programme in which you receive individual or group coaching for three or six months on nutrition, exercise and mental health. Whitepaper on mitigating the negative effects of the Covid-19 crisis on caregivers
 
Staff members with care responsibilities have been severely negatively impacted by the measures against the pandemic. A number of recent studies have repeatedly highlighted that the COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionally impacted the career prospects of women researchers. The FEM Maastricht University has drafted a Whitepaper on mitigating the negative effects of the Covid-19 crisis on caregivers.
